Our first goal is to help "our customer's" place their own vision to "their customer" base through the web. Like most of us, we may have an idea but being able to draw it out as an artist might is a huge step without help. Their are many companies and options in deciding which company to choose and we realize this may be a hurdle that prevents many people from moving forward or even attempt to do it all themselves. Nostalgia City believes in complete transparency and options, whether you simply want the graphics or want us to proivde a complete hosting solution. You are the customer.

Customer Ownership of Your Name-
You should own what you pay for. At Nostalgia City, we believe in a relationship which includes a customer having the rights to easily transfer ownership of their site if they like. If you purchase a domain, then you own it. However, we have heard numerous stories of difficulties to switch domain names to a different hosting company because it requires the approval of the technical adviser which normally is your original designer/host. Nostalgia City would rather include you as this person which gives you, the customer, ultimate control over your domain.

Customer Ownership of Your Site-
As mentioned above, you should own what you pay for. Our transparent vision of customer relationship means that we will also make it easy for our customers to transfer their pages and layout to another company if the need arises. After initial completion of your site will you be supplied with a copy of the core HTML files which will enable any web company to use. This will save you time and money in transferring of your site to another company. Without these files, you will be certain to pay extra in design fees to re-create and replace those files.

No Surprises-
No one likes negative surprises. Nostalgia City has surrounded our business practices with an customer first philosophy and unless you give us the option, all of our services will be on an "approval through quote option". You will always have the right to see what you will be be asked to pay before any bill.
